2、进口快件到货前，报关人员持必要的报关单证前去海关实行报关任务。并按海关的查验放行通知单，与客户做好正常提货或扣留验货的准备。
3、进口快件到货后，提取正本运单至商检盖检验检疫章。对于需查验的货物事先分理出，放至我司专用的海关进口快件监管仓库，做好协助海关查验货物的准备工作。正常通关放行货物予以客户提货或者转我司网络派送。
4、陪同协助海关前去监管仓库开箱验货，并通知客户按海关所需各项要求提供真实有效的单证，以确保快件货物的快速清关。
